The APR030 is designed so it can be a direct original Toyota replacement by fitting a standard vehicle right up to a vehicle fitted with a suspension lift of 100mm maximum.
A key benefit of the APR030 is that it has been designed so the length of the Panhard rod can be adjusted on the vehicle ones it has been fitted. The APR030 has been through extensive development process's which include FEA analysis, and validation through to destructive testing making then street legal with documentation if required.
These adjustable panhard rods utilise OE rubber spec bushings which are easily serviceable and keep NVH Under control.
The panhard rods themselves are manufactured out of solid circular steel bar, with the adjuster manufactured out of high strength SAE1045 steel. This combination gives a substantial increase in strength over the original Toyota panhard rod, especially during an obstacle strike.
The SCHNORR safety washer are using in the locking system to ensure safe and secure locking of the adjustment mechanism is achieved.
These high strength high quality panhard rods are finished in a high-gloss industrial powder coat finish for durability which keeps the looking great for years to come.
